OneMed OÜ signed an agreement on 21 September 2026 to acquire 100% of TERESA OÜ from QKK OÜ, ESTLIFT OÜ, Citius Invest OÜ and OÜ Seitse Samuraid; the transaction was notified to Estonia's Competition Authority on 22 September and clearance is pending. OneMed is an Estonian wholesaler and retailer of medical devices and supplies, serving hospitals, private clinics, care homes, family doctors, dentists and patients, with a portfolio of more than 3,000 products and its own evercare, SELEFA and Embra brands; it is indirectly controlled by Asker Healthcare Group AB, whose companies sell medical goods across Europe. TERESA has operated since 2008 in the retail and wholesale of medical devices and supplies in Estonia, runs assistive device centres across the country and supplies care institutions and nursing hospitals with mobility and care aids. The notification states the sellers want to hand TERESA to a strategic owner with the sector know-how and resources to support its continued development; the affected market is the retail sale of medical goods in Estonia.
