This Privacy Policy explains how M&A Radar, operated by Vefi Consulting, UAB, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and submit information through our forms.

• The seller application form
• The buyer / mandate form
• The contact form (processed via Netlify)
• Meeting bookings made through Calendly

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to provide M&A intermediation and advisory services, to assess fit between sellers and buyers, and to respond to your enquiries.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in providing and developing our services (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)).

We retain your personal data for as long as our engagement or communication continues, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.

Your data is never shared with third parties without your written consent. In an M&A process, your identity and company information are only disclosed to a counterparty after you have approved it in writing.
